We are looking for motivated, reliable team members to join our production operation in McKinney, Texas. In this hands-on role, you’ll help support the equipment, processes, and people who keep our world-class manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently. 

Starting Pay:
  • $17–$20 per hour.

Location: 910 Elm St., McKinney, TX 75069.

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Team Member, you will: 
  • Prepare and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Follow all OSHA and Prysmian safety guidelines.
  • Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors or the safety team.
  • Support production needs by performing duties assigned by your supervisor.
  • Maintain consistent, dependable attendance.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

What You Bring:
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform essential physical and operational job duties.
  • Strong reliability and commitment to teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and support production needs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This hands-on role is performed in an active production setting with: 
  • Loud noise and exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Some outdoor tasks depending on operational needs.
  • Repetitive motion and physical activity.
  • Kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
  • Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. 
  • Use of hands to operate tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.

Schedule Options: 
  • 12-hour shifts.
  • 8-hour shifts.
  • Overtime.
  • Weekend availability.

Education: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) .
